What is Cryotherapy?

Cryotherapy is a form of cold therapy exposing the body to temperatures of approx. -120 degrees Celsius. Localized Cryotherapy also know as “Spot Treatments” are used to reduce pain, inflammation and swelling in targeted areas .

Cryotherapy treatments promote quick muscle repair, treats tissue damage, alleviates muscle tension and is a natural performance enhancer. Cryotherapy uses liquid nitrogen. This is a dry treatment.
