There are four large Magnesium Pools on site: 2 x magnesium pools at cold temperatures and 2 x magnesium pools at warmer temperatures.
By systematically moving from a cold to warm research proves blood flow increases stimulating circulation.
Each pool is saturated with a concentration of Magnesium which plays a vital role in regulating muscle and nerve function, and is key in boosting post-training muscle recovery.

Magnesium Pool Cleaning
We work hard to ensure the right magnesium concentration sits in each of our four magnesium pools.
We drain and refill the pools, rotating weekly to keep the water fresh and the magnesium concentration to the proper levels.
Our magnesium pool pumps and chlorinators run 18 hours daily, constantly filtering water to keep the pools clean.
